Drunk.....

Lord, I got smashed last night. I drank 3 bottles of Miler, half a bottle of West Cooler, half a bottle a Bacardi Vodka and a can of Carlsberg. I got so drunk that I decided that it might be a good idea of edit my podcast. This morning when I woke up,(I was so alert!) I found that I had accidentally erased half the show. ARRRGGHH!

Luckily experience has taught me to keep back ups. So today I finished editing the show. But I so tired after doing the show, the show notes and the artwork that I'll post the show up tomorrow.

Cos' right now that bed is looking so inviting.

Need a coffee.....or tea

It's 1:10am and I need a coffee. Problem is I'm so cold that I don't want to get up and get one for myself. Hmmm, what should I do?

I ordered volumes four and six of Stand Alone Complex and on the day they were supposed to arrive someone else signed for them. Not someone from my house. SOMEONE ELSE. After about five frantic calls to the delivery service(it was one of the major ones) they said that the guy that delivered it had gone home for the weekend and there was no way to contact him. So I had to sit tight until Monday. So I'm tearing my hair out until my mother tells me to relax and that there was nothing I could do until Monday. So with that I gave up worrying until Monday.

Then this morning(Sat) I get a knock at the door. It's my next door neighbour. I lived next to his house for over twenty years. He and I are on good if not great terms. He says hi and hands me the package meant for me. turns out the delivery guy didn't get an answer from my house so he left in with my neighbour! Now this is NOT the postal service. It's one of the biggest delivery services in the WORLD. They're not supposed to "leave it in with the neighbour". Lucky for me my neighbour is a nice guy. Needless to say I'll be complaining in writing. Sooner rather than later.

I've decided that I'm going to ignore the guy who's bugging me at work. He's not gonna be there in Feb so I've just to put up with him till then.

Huummmm, It's now 1:28am and I have a slice of apple pie and some tea and the portable heater is on in front of me! Yippee! Happy days and nights!

New Job!

I finally got a job! It's not what I wanted originally but as Apoc D says gotta make that paper! it's community art works. Basically I'll be doing art in schools and community centres in the local area.

But....

A person I'm working with is getting my back up already and I'm only in the job since Monday! I know what you're thinking. "He's only in the job a wet week and he already has an enemy!?!" Let me explain.

The person in question had, earlier in the year, given my mother a verbal beating while he was in the same job. He humiliated her and she was in tears when I met her. Now, only because my mother asked me not to intervene on her behalf is the only reason he's still walking around verbally unscathed. But now I have to work with him!!!!

Well sports fans, any ideas?

Man, I talk some bullshit...

Eternal struggle (or PSP vs. DS)

I came across this video on DS fanboy.com and it is very, very funny. Check it out:

It got me to thinking: which is better? DS or PSP? Me personally I like the PSP more but the DS is beating the living shit out of Sony in terms of content and quality of games. What's your opinion?

Ah! My FedEx!

My Fedex shipment arrived today. Ah! My Goddess and Prefectural Earth Defense Force included. Yosh! I've always liked A!MG forever. I used to read the old Dark Horse mangas in my local library and always wanted to see the anime. I've just ordered the collected edition of the OVA so I'll have the whole first series, the OVA's and the movie together. Aaahhhhh,  Belldandy. Bliss.

rain, waiting, Fedex (or why do I have to wait for things..)

It's raining where I am right now. I'm watching crap TV right now with two presenters that I want to punch. Grrrrrr.

I've ordered more anime today. I ordered Ah! My Goddess because it came down to Aa! Megami-sama! or Hagane no Renkinjutsushi(FMA) and I had to choose. I'll get FMA next time. Just waiting is killing me.

Question: Can any one explain the popularity of Sailor Moon?

Sober

Dear Internet,

I've made up with the person who was bitching with me.

Second, I FUCKING hate hangovers.

That is all.

Radio Daze (Or how much I like J-Pop)

Recently I was in a discussion with Erin from the Ninja Consultants (recent being a year ago) and in the discussion I told her I found an internet radio station that played J-Pop. She said she didn't like it (for perfectly valid reasons I must tell you). But I've continued to listen in. The station teethers on the edge of collapse every month but every month good ol' internet comes through with the goods and the donations keep them from going under. Now I'm not endorsing the station in any way because I might be wrong and the station may suck royally for you. But give it a listen and let me know what you think.

Blog is Back!(Or how I got my Super Somic Sonar )

Hi Guys! Sorry I was away for so long nut I was busy with exams, podcasts and all those Good-bye things, baby! Since I've decided to podcast a few things have occured to me that I want to write about and I thought: "Wait a sec! I have a blog for that!" So here's the first new thing: UltraSonics.

Apparently as you get older, your ability to hear things is reduced. So I took an online test. Thanks to Erin for this site tip.

Anyways, here's my result.

Or maybe you are a mosquito, you certainly can't be human.

The highest pitched ultrasonic mosquito ringtone that I can hear is 21.1kHz
Find out which ringtones you can hear!

Podacast heaven!

"Heaven, I'm in heaven! And the only explanation......."

Good old Fred. Never lets you down. Now you probably noticed that my posts of late have been, sporatic at best. There's a good explanation for this. Two in fact. No, make that three. One, I'm studying for my exams. Second I'm trying to save up to go to Tomo-dachi 2006. Lastly I'm putting the finishing touches on my VERY OWN PODCAST!!!!!!! Yeah crazy baby! No, seriously I'm gonna be doing an anime podcast. Not just anime but manga and J-pop as well. (the j-pop thing still hasn't been worked out yet) I'm going to have to start hosting the show on my own for a while but this should change when I finish picking a crew to ride with me. Yeah just for that here's Vash from Trigun!

(Please note all images not owned by Eeeperschoice used herein are the property of their respective owners and are used with no intent to infringe copyright)

All I have to do now is publish said podcast. Over the next few days you'll notice changes to the design of the site. Please bear with me. I promise it will be worth it!

Also here for no other good reason except I like him is more video from Apocalypse Dowell! Shine on, Macarthur! Shine On!

Did you ever notice when you ignore the laundry for two or three days that, when you finally decide to do something about it, the heavens open up and prevent you from getting it done. Oh, well at least I have Star wars:battlefront for the PS2. man, other than Battlefront 2, no other game was invented that was better for killing imperial scourge and rebel scum...On another note my good amigo Apocalypse Dowell has just posted some video on YouTube. I've posted it below.

The master plan (or what to do when the AA won't insure you )

I'll be creating a new blog in the coming weeks to review anime DVD's and manga in a few weeks and I'll set up a link on this blog to it. Any suggestions as to what I should call it? Closing date for entries is 22th March.

Speed problems( or a difference in gherkins )

I 've been having problems with my download speed recently and my ISP gave a microsoft style response

it's checks out fine here it must be a problem at your end.

But after a few days it's started to improve and all is right with the world. Oniisan who pays for the internet connection was furious at the start but now that it's improved is happier. Oh remember I told about my family? Well I decided ,since I like anime, that I would refer to them by japanese honorifics. Check out this website for explanations.

Also, I don't what a gherkin tastes or looks like but I've suddenly become afraid of them.Very afraid.

School or how I stopped worrying and learned to love the malaise

You've probably been wondering about school right and the fact I haven't mentioned it yet. I spent today trying to catch up on English and History assignments. Don't worry: I'll be in school tomorrow....mother. First pictures tomorrow I promise (hopefully...)

God am I tired.....

Beans and......Rocky!?!

Eating beans while watching Rocky 1 on TV. God, this movie is cool. Do you guys have a favorite film? Let me know. In the meantime check out this link. Now quiet, I'm trying to enjoy Stallone's thespian performance(!?!)

Beans and economics but mostly beans

It's now Thursday morning and I've just had beans on
toast. As I was watching the TV and eating, two
thoughts occurred to me. Firstly why, if the average
tin of beans cost about 20c to produce and the can
cost about 5c to make, was I paying triple for the tin
of beans? Secondly, and this overrode the first
thought, I'm eating beans on toast! Who cares!

RSS, Feedburner and The Mighty ATOM!!!!

I've added the site to Feedburner and there's a link to it in the sidebar. I've tested the RSS feed with Awasu and it seems to be working. I like Technology. Hmmmmm, Technology.......

Weather update

It's sunshine right now in hamster city. This is after a five and half hour downpour. What the hell!?! The man upstairs is doing funny things to my day. I'm trying to put together an essentials list of stuff I like to watch for you guys to read. I'll try and include it today if I can figure out the JavaScript.

Sunny weather, gooood....Rainy weather, baaaad...

The weather today was miserable. It sucked. In my country, the weather comes with two settings: Rainy or Nuclear. People are either complaining that it's too hot or too wet. Billy Connolly was right when he said that people who complain about getting a little wet are stupid.

Oh, boo hoo! I'm getting wet! I have no other clothes in the world and I'm caught in a downpour!

Big Deal. Unless you've actually have no other clothes to speak of and then the weather is a problem.

In my links page I've listed a few websites that I like to visit(no, not that sort of website) and most are anime or film related but occasionally I'll list regular stuff as well. I'll also set shrinkster.com links in my posts as well. If you don't know what Shrinkster is click http://www.shrinkster.com/

If I get a chance I'll post again today or tomorrow and if you're around on Sunday night I'll be posting images of my home town.

See if you can guess where I am. First person to guess gets a prize to be shown on the website.

Time and the lack thereof( Or Hello and Welcome!)

Hello and welcome to Eeeper's Choice! This is my rant to the world and I'm going to enjoy it! As you've read in the description, I'm a hamster cleverly disguised as a human so as such nothing I say should be taken literal. Nothing I say here is meant to cause offence in any way. If it does send me a comment as I can't help if you guys don't tell me. You might find my humour sarcastic, weird or just plain stupid. In any case comments are all good (except for the really creepy kind...you know what i'm talking about, don't you? Hey where you going? Hey come back!) and all so reply away! (Eeeper's note: My family's privacy is something I value and I don't want them involved in my blog. I know that other Bloggers tell any one who'll listen all about their wife, offspring, yadda, yadda, yadda but for now I'll just tell you that I have a family and they look out for me especially when I've been at the cat-nip.) Now on to today's post!

Did you ever notice how if you spend time in front of the TV from say, 8 to 11pm, you always miss the really good programs? No, memorizing when the latest episode of LOST will be on doesn't count. Oh don't get me started about LOST or Desperate Housewives. Ya know, I've really tried to like those shows, I really have. But every time I tried to watch them I kept getting bored real quick. Don't get me wrong I like nice, meaty shows but I just don't like these shows. I am just sick of people raving on about them being great and sophisticated and on and on, blah, blah, blah.

I like shows like The X-Files, Star Trek(in all its forms) Law & Order, CSI and others. Please don't think I just like sci-fi and fringe shows. I have a thing for 80's films no matter how bad they are. Like just recently I bought Legend, Explorers and The Last Starfighter, three films I haven't seen for years. My brothers love me for getting them as these days entertainment value in films is going down hill in a hurry.

I go to school on planet Earth with the rest of the other hamsters. We share a communal wheel in which Comrade Rodrick doesn't seem to be pulling his weight. This can be interpreted by the fact he keeps taking extra long lunch breaks and complains that the large meat bags are coming to take him away again...... I don't know which is worse: the wheel all day long or the prospect of going home to an empty dustbin every night.

Well that's it from this post for now. More news from the dustbin soon and pictures of my adventure in our nation's dirt heap, er, I mean capital.

Laters fellow rodents!
